At the Council meeting of March 5th, 2024, Council declared a Council seat vacant and chose the option to proceed with filling the vacancy by appointment. As noted in the Municipal Act, 2001, the person appointed to fill a vacancy shall hold the office for the remainder of the term of Council.
It is a requirement that all application forms and documentation are completed and filed in person by the Applicant, with the Clerk or her designate by Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 @ 2:00pm.
