The Township of Montague has approved micro-resurfacing in Atironto, Bower Blvd, Kilmarnock Rd, Rainbow Valley Dr, Bayview Cres and Lane, Union St, Grange St, Uphill St, Dean St, and O'Malley St, as part of a pavement preservation program for 2021, which will be completed by The Miller Group.

Micro surfacing system are mixtures of a polymer-modified cationic emulsified asphalt, mineral aggregate, mineral filler, water, and additives are proportioned, mixed, and spread with a machine over the existing surface.

Construction will commence August 23^rd, 2021, from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily throughout the week. Motorists can expect temporary traffic delays, and roadway closures at the maintenance locations during this timeframe.

We ask that residents DO NOT park their vehicles on or near the above-mentioned roadways during this time. Residents can check the Municipal Website and social media platforms for updates pertaining to this project.
